This is an unaffiliated fan project run by one person. Every message is read, and bug reports genuinely do get fixed — several of the fixes shipped this month started as a Discord message.
Discord — the fastest way
Best for bug reports, rules questions, deck and meta feedback, and anything about a game you just played. There are channels for site feedback and for rules, and answers usually come the same day.
Open DiscordBest for anything tied to your account or that you would rather not post in public: sign-in problems, deleting your account or data, a privacy request, business and sponsorship enquiries.

If something went wrong in a match, these three things let it be traced to the exact game. Without them a report often cannot be checked at all.
- Your player name, and roughly when the game was (the date and time, with your timezone).
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if you have one — the game log panel is especially useful.
Takedowns and legal
This site shows card art owned by Bushiroad and Pocketpair. If you hold rights to something here and want it removed, write in and it will be handled promptly.
Send a takedown noticeThis is a hobby project, not a company — replies come from a real person and may take a day or two. For anything urgent during an event, Discord is the quickest route.
